Physical Therapist - PRN
Clinical Pharmacist - M-F with weekend call (1 position open that will be based out of the Covington, Louisiana area and will require regular travel to sister hospitals within a 30 mile radius). Provides pharmaceutical care, Drug Utilization Evaluation, Formulary monitoring, Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring, drug information, and patient education for 20 to 50 bed long term acute care hospitals. This person will have knowledge of the skills to care for the pharmacy needs of adult populations. Pharmacist will have oversight responsibility when non-licensed staff handles non-controlled medications. The ideal candidate will have: A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D.) Degree, one (1) year of experience in a hospital or Alternate Care Pharmacy-residency preferred, critical care or Emergency Department Experience and strong critical thinking skills with the ability to work well with physicians. Degree with one (1) year Pharmacy-residency or 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience in drug selection and order entry preferred, critical care or Emergency Department experience and strong critical thinking skills with the ability to fluently communicate and work well with physicians.
